Staffs were super friendly. Location is great with great view of the Matterhorn. If not for our stay, we wouldn’t have seen the Matterhorn. It was raining the whole time we were there and the sky never cleared. But on the morning before we left, we were greeted by the golden peak. Well worth splurging on the hotel with a great view.
No refrigerator. We bought some food to prepare simple meals but couldn’t store any food. The swing seats at the veranda were not in a clean condition for use. Construction just in front of us so that forms part of your view of the Matterhorn.

1. Comfortable beds and settings
2. Although it’s a small hotel, it has a beautiful sauna room with flowers, sofa, round sofa bed. The sauna facility is great.
3. My room was upgraded for free. I was able to see Matterhorn from my balcony.
4. Hotel staff was friendly and followed up well.
1. Its location is on the slope of the hill. It took us great efforts walking from Zermatt train station to the hotel with full luggages. It was tough for seniors. We should take taxi.
2. I wish to have Youtube available on TV.

The hotel was fantastic. Lovely comfortable feel to the room and facilities. Great location with views of the Matterhorn from our room & balcony.
Great breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer.
We arrived after reception had closed and sadly there was no milk or breakfast teabags available to make a cup of tea upon arrival.

Bed was small and up against the wall on one side making it very uncomfortable
