Быстрое заселение, персонал приветливый, вошел в мою ситуацию, рассказал/ показал, помог при заселении, видели мою усталость и безысходность. Поняли, когда просил не звонить во что бы то ни стало.

Улучшить работу с кредитками, списание прошло с 4 или 5 раза. Остальное - ОК.

Very handy to the airport and shuttle bus service was excellent. Room was great and check in excellent. Breakfast also very good.

Insbesondere der Shuttle-Service zwischen dem Genfer Flughafen und dem Hotel um Ihren Mitarbeiter aus Portugal, Herrn Ramillo, war MEGA! Das gilt auch für Ihre Kolleg*innen am Empfang! Ich würde denen folgende deutsche Note geben: 1,3! Ansonsten war das Gesamtpaket stimmig.

Die Herrschaften an der Empfangstheke müssen dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Bedienung der Gäste unabhängig von ihren Kleidungen, vielmehr ihrer Ankunftsreihenfolge rigorös erfolgen muss! Manche haben sich leider vorgedrängt; es muss nicht sein meiner unmaßgeblichen Meinung nach! .

Location - it was easy to travel to city center and back

Room faced a petrol bunk and a main road with decent traffic - hence it was busy all night. While staff had asked me which room I wanted - if I wanted at the back side. I was unaware of this traffic infront.

This hotel is great for a business stay near the airport as there is a regular shuttle and a bus service. No need for taxis. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

First night the room I was unable to increase the room temperature but the hotel staff provided an additional heater once I reported it

A pleasant enough room -- a Premium room -- on the top floor, with all the usual facilities. Airport location is excellent

The executive lounge did not at all live up to our expectations. The choice of food was minimal, and some of it (e.g. the dessert) was dessicated and unpalatable. The selection of beverages was also narrow. Some fellow guests came into the lounge, took one look at the food and quickly departed.

This hotel was a little further from the airport than I'd expected, however the shuttle buses are efficient. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities.

Excellent hotel, polite and helpful staff, room immaculate. Airport shuttle every 20 mins.

Nothing first class.

I like the breakfast a lot. The infrastructure of the hotel and facilities. I did not like that I need a change of the room and they did not make the room the last day.

The cleaning service did not do the room last day.

Location was perfect for our purpose of getting to airport early the following morning

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is supposed to leave every 20 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes but it didn't come. And taxis in general refuse to take passengers to the hotel because it's too close. We finally found a taxi that agreed to take us. At the hotel we informed the receptionist but she insisted that the shuttle moves on time. We thought it a bit rude that she was not listening to our complaint. Another problem I had with the hotel, and the reason why I didn't rate it higher, was that I tried to call the front desk multiple times that night and there was absolutely no answer. I find that completely unacceptable. It made me feel unsafe in my room not being able to reach help if I needed it. Totally unacceptable.

Free shuttle bus, very comfortable room, location very close to airport and bus stop to city centre.

Staff not helpful- refused to provide a hard copy restaurant menu (told to scan QR code yet hotel WiFi not working), refused to take food order in person at bar, must return to room and use telephone from room.
