The staff round the pool are a credit to the hotel!

Our room was based on a king-size bed, but unfortunately, two single beds were pushed together, and this was not true at all. The cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations and the floor was not swept at all during our stay.

The cleanliness of the room and the condition of the bed were not as expected. Our check-in took a lot of time and the relevant official did not have sufficient mastery of this task at all and was very amateur.

Great location but only this. Value for money on anything else completely not Worth it.

horrible customer service and don't think about asking concierge service for any help. gentleman there was so rude and when I asked for assistance on envelope that was left for me, the gentleman through a bunch of envelopes on the table and made dirogatory remark in Arabic and shouted. I've never been so offended and can't believe that they have someone like this as concierge service to begin with.. Also, I booked 9nights and had 2 suites and spent over $75,000 dollars and when I requested 2pm checkout they only gave me 1pm and thought that was petty seeing how long and how much I spent.. The overall feeling we got was hotel runs guests as "cattle mentality" and just wants to turn over on everything as fast as possible without any feeling of guest treatment. Bathroom shower consistently leaked all over floor in master bedroom and had to use multiple towels to keep from slipping on floor. We've done multiple stay cations in Dubai and unfortunately this was our least favorite place and would definitely not recommend as much better hotels to consider

Отель уставший и требующий ремонта в номерах. Система кондиционирования из серии замерзаем или задыхаемся. И в пляжном отеле, конечно, очень неудобно отсутствие балкона.

It is right at the ocean and has many activity around the hotel

It is over priced and claim room size to be 50 sq meters but somehow feel smaller

Beach area well kept, staff can’t do enough, pool areas and beds are great, breakfast was amazing, rooms are spacious and have all accessories.

No shop on the hotel grounds for snacks for young ones! Outside the hotel you can’t cross the road for a very long distance to go to the mall facing due to central reservation. Staff couldn’t make a child’s cheese sandwich when asked but wanted me to purchase a club sandwich! Traffic in Dubai is terrible now, so stay on Jumeira beach we’re everything is within walking distance imo for half the price!
