Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The property are kept very well and the location is excellent.

早餐豐富好吃,服務人員熱情,但早餐的座位在人多的時候要併桌或是找不到位子是缺點.尤其不熟悉普通話的外國人更是難找位子.地點好,出灯市口站就到飯店,離王府井走路大約十分鐘,附近就有稻香村營業部,四季民服烤鴨也是走路約十分鐘能到.

Reception is not fluent in English. My bathroom was dirty and wc was clogged. My card was charged twice without my consent.

The location is strategic as the hotel is situated within 'walking distance' to the major areas of attraction, particularly around the Wangfujing area. Room is comfortable, cozy, and has all the needed facilities, including a coffee machine! Breakfast has wide selection and varieties from local to western cuisines.

All, check in was easy, and you feel welcome. All request have been fulfilled.

The restaurant buffet, and on order was horrible to be honest...we saw a lot of people leaving food in plate.. there is really a huge improvement to be done on this, not acceptable for this standing. It was the summer bar, as the restaurant on floor F1 was closed. The location on Google maps really should be removed as it is inaccurate.

Very close to the metro (1mn) and walking distance to Wangfujing (5/10mn). Convenient store in front of the hotel, good breakfast. Fair value/price given the location. Front desk staff speaks good English (which is far from being a standard in China, even at international brands properties). They provide lots of water bottles throughout the stay.

don't expect anyone to come help with your luggages, they don't have bell boys and no one is here to help. The price is fair, but the hotel and rooms are aging. Rooms are clean, air con works well, this is ok for a tourism short stay but I'd personally not chose this hotel for a business or longer stay.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Amenities were great, breakfast was really good and varied, staff was very helpful. Location is good if you want to be close to Wangfujing. Subway station is like 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Overall it was really good!

Airco was too weak during the heatwave in Beijing. Communication with staff was sometimes difficult due to language barrier, but some employees spoke perfect English and overall it was ok!

To take care our young kids, we asked for two connecting rooms months ago but no such arrangement processed. Worse still, no adjacent rooms were arranged as well. It seemed rooms were arranged arbitrarily and at hotel convenience only. The man was reluctant to try find any two adjacent rooms at first. We spent a lot of time at front desk and eventually got two “adjacent” rooms. Anyway, it was not a happy checkin experience and disappointed to this Radisson hotel.

Nothing

I was only there for 24 hours, the staff at the front desk helped arrange a driver to take us to the Great Wall, then drop us back at the airport. The driver they arranged was very good, and cheaper than what i had seen on Tripadvisor.

Park Plaza hotel is great value for money. It is clean and comfortable with large rooms. Park Plaza is located in the very center of Beijind having luxury stores and various restaurants around. Subway is close. Great personnel, especially Nick - he was very friendly and supportive 🙏🏻

Breakfast is normal, but needs more food varieties. Hotel restaurant is closed from 2:00PM- 7:00PM

Bright room and amazing location. Welcoming and helpful staff.

The location was the best. Close to subway line, multitude of good to great restaurants and in the heart of everything a westerner could want. The City of Beijing, is in my opinion the hidden gem of world travel. The entire city and surrounding area is completely safe for travel.

Staff helpful - special mention to Concierge Andy Jia and Front Office Melinda Zhao. Breakfast included in room rate. Housekeeping bringing ice for fan to make room more comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Mirrors well placed. Closets and drawers sufficient.

No in-house restaurant to order room service. However, there is a 24-hr. robot manned mini-mart nearby where we can buy warm food & sandwiches.

The location was excellent and the staff were fluent in English. Also, the breakfast was sumptuous ! The room was comfortable and we would definitely use the hotel again. Highly recommended !
