Location, staff and facilities

The breakfast is excellent! Location is great. Not far away from Wangfujing shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. They gave me three free drinks and free use the mini bar for being a IHG member. Let me feel I am welcome!
The smell of the cigarette through out the air conditioning one night during my stay was the only one thing I didn't like for this hotel. Anyway, a staff brought us an air purifier.

location is really great, walking distance from shopping area, not very far from the train station. Stuff is very helpful and overall experience in the hotel has exceeded my expectation.
