Good location, friendly staff, breakfast included. Comfortable rooms.

Bathrooms could do with updating. Showers were excellent but the shower cubicle leaked on to the floor. Good choices for breakfast but the coffee wasn't always hot. May be add a kettle to the rooms for making a hot drink.

Very difficult to have hot water in the shower in the morning "rush hour" at the 4th floor (there are 5 floors). Worked well in the evening, or late morning (from 10am)...

The bed was really comfortable. The room was as big as needed, with enough space for our things etc. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Cleaning was very poor. No towels in room upon arrival. Old facilities.

we talk over the phone and I was told that we can checkin after 2 pm and our room number is 14. we came after 3 pm. then we were given another room which is in the terrace. but I was not told that it is in the terrace. after I put the luggage at the door I went downstairs for quick smoke. even I talked to the reception guy about finding a cigarette shop nearby. after coming back I saw the room and immediately went to reception to change the room within less than 30 minutes. we did not use anything there. there is only one chair in the room, and since my one year son sat just at one corner side of the bed, they made that an issue and declined to change the room. while booking I booked looking at more beautiful room, and this room does not even have a descent window. this is simply a dark terrace room and sometimes very noisy at night when it is raining. light is also very limited. nothing good. I did not paid 116 euros (that also with a discount from booking.com) for this kind of room and behavior. they just simply cheated us by selling this below average room. May be they have other ways of stealing money from customers. I am traveling almost all over the world (USA, Europe, and Asia) over a decade and never dealt with such kind of bloody cheaters in hotels. I never had to complain against any hotel before. and here the customer service was even reluctant to answer the chat. If required, I can provide the screenshot. and the reception guy was even tried to argue with his illogical statements. this is simply not done. I am also using booking.com for the last couple of time. they rated this hotel as 7.5 and 3*. so I am also doubtful about this rating. I will definitely lodge complain against the hotel once I arrive my home.

Easy to access. Clean. Nice breakfast. NIce walk to palace and city center

Only issues were with too hot of a temperature in the room at night and the pillows were far too soft...no support unless folded over.
