Free hotel car-parking. Very polite, helpful, happy receptionist for smooth check-in. Lovely traditional quaint room with beautiful view from front aspect with balcony. Very quirky, traditional interesting decor throughout hotel. Great location. Honesty bar for out of hours. Tasty breakfast.

Huge rooms, modern bathroom, large comfortable beds. Right on the edge of town. The breakfast buffet was absolutely exceptional and lavish with many choices. The views out the window in the breakfast room of the mountains across the valley are beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The section of town the hotel was in did not have a lot of options for parking for overnight and that could be difficult, but the staff helped us out.

Lovely location in Gotzens. Easy to get around on the local buses- free with the welcome card. Lovely family run hotel with super helpful staff. We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for the 5 of us.

Location, playroom for the children
Room was a jumble of things, too many and unnecessary things, no space for the luggage. Size very small and we even booked a Junior Suite!
Not particularly clean either, I had to wash the tub before using. Jacuzzi was not working. We were a family of 4 and we got just 1 big towel!
No black curtains to shade from the light in morning…
Not worth the money sadly
