We spent two wonderful days at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, and this little escape truly exceeded our expectations. Everything came together perfectly to help us disconnect from everyday life and fully enjoy every moment The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible team and the attention to detail From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were touched by all the thoughtful little touches that made our experience feel so personal and special. You can genuinely feel that the team wants their guests to feel welcomed, cared for and create beautiful memories and that is exactly what we experienced A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, smiles, availability and professionalism. I would especially like to thank Nabeel, James and Maarvna, who each played a special part in making our stay so memorable These two days gave us the opportunity to slow down, enjoy each other’s company, reconnect and truly escape, which is exactly what we were looking for I also wanted to surprise my loved one with this special getaway, and seeing everyone go above and beyond to help me make him happy made me happier. It was truly heartwarming to see so many people contribute to making these two days so special for us 🤍 A beautiful escape and we are leaving with some very precious memories Thank you to the JA Hatta Fort Hotel team for such a beautiful experience 🤍

The Hotel is in a nice area, privte and has few activites to do. the cabins are good size and can take a family of 4 easy. the staff is very helpful and supportive the area is beautiful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. especially the pillows. I don't think it's a good idea to come here in the summer, it's very hot and difficult to do most of the activities.

We had booked a half‑board package that included breakfast and dinner. However, at no point during check‑in or prior communication were we informed that the dinner menu would be restricted to only one item each from Starters, Main Course, and Dessert. Discovering this limitation only after being seated was extremely disappointing, especially given that such restrictions materially affect the dining experience and should be clearly communicated in advance.

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the service experience during our recent dinner. The staff member taking our order — his name sounded similar to Ye Hai — displayed conduct that was neither polite nor respectful while explaining the dinner ordering policy. He informed us that for dinner we were allowed to order only one item each from Starters, Main Course, and Dessert. This was surprising, especially because our guests had previously dined at the same restaurant during an earlier stay and had never encountered such a restriction. They were equally taken aback by this sudden instruction. What made the situation more disappointing was the manner in which this policy was communicated. His tone felt dismissive, and the way he insisted on the rule came across as if it were being pushed onto us rather than explained professionally. Additionally, there were two different prawn dishes listed on the menu — one was the barbeque prawn and another from the bar menu - Korean spicy prawn — clearly presented as separate items from different restaurants. However, he insisted that both dishes were “the same,” merely named differently. This caused confusion among our guests who were placing the order, and it appeared as though he was rushing us to choose what he preferred rather than allowing us to select freely from the menu. Overall, his behavior gave the impression that he was in a hurry to close the restaurant and wanted our group — a table of 12 guests — to finish quickly and leave. This is not the level of hospitality we expect, especially from a property of your standard. I request that this matter be looked into seriously, and that staff are reminded to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and clarity when dealing with guests.

Location is great and it’s pet friendly the dinner was lovely and bar has been refreshed

The price I haven’t been in over 10 years and I assumed it had had a major overhaul to justify the price. The rooms had a new bathroom and paint but that was it. Service was limited check in was delayed really limited past 10pm room service and carry your own bags from room as even when I checked out staff watched is carrying bags did not offer to help. You could stay in ritz Al Wafi for cheaper and be blown away for service and room details. This place is playing fully on location
