Very helpful staff, willing to accommodate all our requests like late arrival, late checkout, and storing our suitcase overnight. Great beach and ocean views from the room. There's a free shuttle bus to/from the Grand Mosque and a mall in the morning, and to/from Muttrah Souq in the evening, which is nice since taxis are so expensive. Good variety of restaurants on site (helpful since there aren't many within walking distance). The restaurant remained open for lunch during Ramadan.

It's not the hotel's fault, but there's currently a building site next door which is noisy during the day. The shuttle bus could do with a bit more time at the Grand Mosque, and a bit less time at the mall. The staff provided a packed breakfast one day when we left very early, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was very poor quality.

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner et dîner copieux et délicieux avec multiples choix. Très bon plats dégustés dans divers restaurants de l’hôtel.

Chambre pas très moderne mais reste correcte pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Taches jaunes sur le lavabo et notamment sur la cuvette WC. Lavabo un peu bouché.

The view from the pool at sunset is exceptional! Great atmosphere at the bar around the pool. We had a very relaxing afternoon. Breakfast was very good as well, with a lot of options available.

Amazing staff, beautiful location and facilities. Big room (we are a family of 3). They have different restaurants and all of them are very tasty. One of the night we stayed in, it was my husband’s birthday and they prepare him a cake for free.

L’hôtel a la plus belle vue de Mascate, sur la mer et les montagnes, et le sunset. Magnifique. La piscine est très belle et ensoleillée toute la journée. L’hôtel est très propre, et bien équipé. Petit dej buffet très bon. Personnel très gentil. Chambre lumineuse et spacieuse.

Les restos / buffets sont parfois assez chers. Les oreillers sont trop plats même si il y en a 2 par personne.

L’établissement dispose d’une situation idéale car il surplombe la mer et dispose d’une plage privée sur laquelle vous pouvez vous mettre en maillot. C’est propre, c’est calme et il y a des activités (piscines, tennis, ping-pong..). Les restaurants sont excellents et le petit-déjeuner d’une exceptionnelle variété. Des taxis sont en permanence devant.

Tout était parfait. Le prix des boissons et des repas est semblable à ceux d’une grande ville française (plus cher que dans le reste d’Oman - mais la qualité est au rendez-vous).

La chambre est correcte, aux normes internationales. La ou plutôt les piscines sont très bien ! Accès à la plage privée. Le service est très bien (sauf au restaurant)

Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon, le prix de la chambre est important, mais surtout le prix des repas est très très cher pour ce que c'est.

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam, ontbijt was zoals altijd geweldig en buffet en overige diensten als Gym waren ook super! Vooral de front desk manager Ranjith was ontzettend professioneel en behulpzaam.

Sehr gute Lage und außen Ausstattung. Top Aussicht! Flexibel um jeden Wunsch gerecht zu werden. Z.b. flexibel mit Check in und checkout Zeiten obwohl das Hotel voll ausgebucht war. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Jeden Tag kam jemand um die minibar zu checken. Aber hat zum Glück nach dem zweiten Mal aufgehört nachdem er wahrscheinlich gemerkt hat dass wir davon genervt sind. Zimmer sind etwas veraltet aber trotzdem sauber und hochqualitativ.

Really clean hotel with exceptional breakfast. Nice swimming pool and a really nice walkway down to the beach.

Superb breakfast. 2 new gorgeous swimming pools which were never crowded. Lots of sun beds. Beautiful sunset - it’s worth booking a room with sea view and balcony to watch it.

Muscat is very spread out and the hotel is not near any attractions, but car hire is very cheap - the same price as 2 taxi rides!
