Camere enormi, piscina all’ultimo piano con vista, garage gratuito, Nespresso a disposizione e una cucina semi attrezzata
Pur essendoci la cucina e tre stanze c’erano solo 4 bicchieri e 5 tazze, mancavano un po’ di stoviglie

We stayed around 17 days. The people at the reception were very friendly & helpful, not only when we checked in but also during our stay. Sheikha, the receptionist was very nice & always helped when needed. She and Munther, the other receptionist, were very professional.
Reem, who works at the guest relations kept asking us if everything thing was ok & if we needed anything. They were all truly proficient in their line of work. Thank you all.
In addition, the location of the hotel is awesome. It’s located in a busy area & very close to some of the beautiful shopping malls in Muscat.

Spacious 2 bed room apartment. Very clean. High water pressure. Enjoyed the worm pool and the well equipped Gym.

Sparkling clean, secured, comfy and all essentials available especially the kitchen ware along with modern coffee machines.
Small parking lot outside the property you need to use the basement parking every time and use hotel card which is annoying a bit for short time parking.

Lack of local shops and restaurants within walking distance (not the hotel fault) and I hear the shopping centre nearby is being developed

Fraser Suites Hotel is a a very nice apartment in Muscat. The rooms are clean and with fully furnished kitchen. The staff are accommodating and Mr. Munther Al Amri of the reception exert extra effort to check if the room have washing machine with dryer when I requested if he can book me with one. Thank you.

Weinig keuze om te ontbijten. Niets van kazen of salades werd in een koude toog gehouden.

Séjour de 2 nuits au Fraser suites muscat. Nous avons été surpris agréablement par la taille de la suite qui est un appartement tout équipé avec 2 chambres, un grand salon salle à manger cuisine( lave linge. Lave vaisselle, machine à café Nespresso).
Manque de personnel au petit déjeuner qui était de qualité moyenne

We really appreciated the gym. It's spacious and they provide towels and water. The staff was very friendly and free inside parking was provided.
The kitchen is not well equipped. Impossible to cook and we didn't even have two dining plates. The neighboring apartment seemed to be better equipped because they deep fried two times and we could smell and hear everything through the closed door between the apartments. We couldn't open the window to get rid of the smell and we couldn't switch off the AC. Another disappointment is the view to the east. Except early in the morning the apartments are pretty dark and the view isn't very inviting.

The location was good - close to major malls and not too far from the airport or nearest beach and tourist attractions. The view of the local masjid out of the window was stunning. Lovely staff! Parking was great.
The rooms were cold and this was a major turn off. Some more amenities could be provided like enough pairs of slippers for the number of guests. Housekeeping could be more thorough.

Front lobby staff support and hospitality.. special thanks to the clean team for an excellent job and daily attention.
So far, everything was excellent except the restaurant . The breakfast variety does not match the price.

ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. la struttura è pulita e le camere molto grandi, dotate di cucina. si trova in una zona in fase di sviluppo (le camere affacciano sostanzialmente su un cantiere) ma molto strategica per visitare città e dintorni

Room sizes, gym and mall connected.
Standing shower in the Bathrooms needs some work as when you shower, the water splashes out and make the area full of water which can be unsafe due to slip & fall hazard.

Location and enterance from the main road was not convenient. Need to put sign boards on the main road with arrows directing towards to hotel.
