Very good value for money and a great location in Muscat. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Ali at breakfast was always welcoming, and Suraj kept my room clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and the quick response when I needed to change rooms. The pool was a nice bonus for a refreshing swim. Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and excellent value.
Breakfast was missing some more traditional Omani options, specially Omani sweets and selection of tea / coffee.

We wished we stayed another day to experience the facilities. We arre there obly for a day but it was definently worth it.
Would be nice if there are more soup options in breakfast buffet.

Swimming pool was open till 11: 00 PM, Breakfast was good. room was spacious
The bathroom floor gets wet during showering, but the water does not drain properly. The water does not flow towards the drain and remains on the floor for a long time.
Additionally, there is no floor squeegee available to remove the standing water manually. This causes the bathroom floor to remain wet for an extended period.

The location and direct access to mall
The receptionist at first checkin was horrible.. no sense of service at all.. not helpful at all.. he tried his best to make our check in difficult by holding us at reception at mid night for 15 minutes
