Park Plaza Budapest

Lovely, spacious and quiet room at back of hotel, cleaned daily by efficient and unobtrusive chamber maids, who left it feeling fresh and welcoming with window open, refreshed tea and milk etc, and bed left neatly made. Absolutely brilliant location for us as first time visitors to Budapest - just 7 mins up to Fisherman’s Bastion behind us, and the stunning Houses of Parliament and bridges over the Danube to the front. Staff were all polite, courteous and excellent at speaking English, and helped one evening when we needed train tickets printed out urgently. Breakfast just fabulous, every day, and we loved the Hotel Specialities of Hungarian foods.

Honestly, nothing! It was all brilliant and we felt so at home at the Park Plaza.

Amazing location with brilliant view of the parliament building and just down the hill from the castle. Breakfast was very nice. Have us adjoining rooms as per our request.

Quite expensive. Had to ask twice to get towels in one of the rooms which should have been there from the start.

Close to city center.

The location was good Staff was helpful and friendly

The bathroom had no proper lights, shower area had no overhead lights, room carpet was dirty with stains, no side table instead they had a tree stump. Not enough storage in the room, very less lighting. How is anyone supposed to unpack without storage ? Breakfast options for vegetarian was very less and very bad
