Impulso Hotel by Mellow Mood Hotels

Nice and clean

Nothing

The staff were warm and friendly, happy to help with good advice and suggestions. Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable with fully adjustable air conditioning. Lovely ensuite facility, as well as a kettle for hot drinks in our room. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide time frame allowing for early or later attendance. Breakfast foods were constantly replenished, which added to an already relaxed atmosphere. We especially appreciated the parking facility, as we're on a tour of Europe. Proximity to Metro, bus and tram lines was very good. What a great 4 star hotel - great value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like!

2 guests per room but only 1 access card narrow uncomfortable beds pillow too low, no replacement or additional pillows blinking phone in the middle of the room during the night outdated coffee machines was in maintenance during hole stay too few breakfast options for 4 stars (IMO) not available to pay by card in hotel bar
