Good location, excellent breakfast

The service is good. The towels are changed every day, and both the towels and the beds are clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The welcome fruit plate was delicious. The location is excellent.

The carpets in the room are old and dirty. In some areas between the rooms, you can also see stains on the carpet, apparently from food oils. The TV is not a smart TV. There is no YouTube or Netflix, and there is no option for screen mirroring. The chocolate hour was a little disappointing, particularly in terms of the variety and quantity of chocolate available. We were expecting a slightly better selection. Regarding breakfast, alk of the meat options, such as the cured meats and sausages, contain pork. It would be greatly appreciated if at least one meat option without pork could be offered on a regular basis, as this would make the breakfast more suitable for guests who do not eat pork. The wardrobe is very small. We booked a room for three people, but the wardrobe was only large enough for one person’s belongings. It would be helpful to have more storage space for a three-person room.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Unfortunately, the area to catch public transport, not far from the hotel, reeked strongly of urine. You could see the stains and puddles. No fault of the hotel but if I was them I’d be putting pressure on the city because it was gross.
