We had a really nice stay at Hilton Salalah. The hotel is right by the beach and away from the busy road, so it’s peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming, with a smile. We had a lovely stay and would happily return!

Loved the location... The artictecture of the lobby and outdoor front gardens... Loved the proximity to the beach... Cleaniless wasn't brilliant every day
The breakfast.... Whilst huge variety lacked flavour and depth... Due to taxi issues.... The distance more central areas.

I went just after monsoon second week of September, no crowds very quiet and empty, which means perfect. The beach was close and super great, waters quite calm, pool was good, room was quiet and gym had enough free weights for basics. Good car park, and shoutout to Rafiq at dollar car rental, super awesome guy that gave good route tips. Waterfalls still had water. Salalah has everything from desert to greenery to waterfalls and rolling hills and beautiful beaches. One of my favourite places I've ever visited. And not many loud drunk Europeans haha
I mean I think the property needs a facelift, by the sea properties take a beating from the sea, salt and probably rains, so a bit rust here and there, but overall I thought it was a peaceful experience. I didn't think the on-site restaurants were that great.

Rooms are decent size, good clean no issue.
Breakfast and overall food is not bad.
Beach is useless, smells very bad, and due to monsoon season not allowed to walk around. Even it was allowed i have doubt anybody will swim in that sea. It is also located nearby bit Salalah port, not sure if it is the reason of bad smell.

"Stanza enorme, piscina bella e dotata di lettini e ombrelloni. Spiaggia c'è ma il mare è molto lontano. Colazione a buffet ampia e la cena, compresa nel mio pacchetto, era alla carta con 4 portate a s..."
