The place took me back to a tranquil state

Distance. It was far from almost everything. Blackout curtains should be installed as the sun’s very bright and might wake us up at times.

It is pretty huge and ideally located near a beach. Good facilities and staff are friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable as my wife has few allergies. Food was very good after we gave our requirements.

It is too far from city. Car parking is very limited. The intercom connects only to the reception and there is a long wait. Can’t call Room service or House keeping directly.

Everything! The location, the tranquility, the elegant interior, spacious rooms that are semi-private.

So much emphasis on money: We were charged for the New Year’s “compulsory Gala the minute we stepped foot in the premises, and given a choice of different tables, only to discover the chosen table was given to someone else of the Eve!! We were charged for having a couple of mediocre sandwiches as takeaway off the breakfast buffet . One evening when we wanted to order à la carts from the main restaurant, we were told it’s just buffet, which we read as an attempt to cut corners. The latter issue was addressed by Mr. Ali.
