Excellent facility, well restored retains its original features yet modern where needed. The breakfast was excellent and dining staff were fantastic, smiling and welcoming.

Some of the front desk staff where dismissive and didn’t make us feel welcome, they were more interested looking at their phones and nails and let down the amazing presence of the building, lobby entrance and other more helpful staff throughout the building.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable . Lots of tea and coffee making options, water on each floor. Breakfast was excellent and 24 hour reception. We arrived at midnight after flight delay

The bathroom was a bit small for the size of the room

The hotel itself is really nice, although I wouldn’t say it’s anything extraordinary. But Domenik and Gabriela are on a completely different level. I’m actually considering making this my regular hotel, as I’m in the city around seven times a year — and honestly, a big part of that is because of them! They are probably two of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever come across. So friendly, helpful, reliable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and always go the extra mile to help. People like Domenik and Gabriela really make a difference. They are the kind of employees who make you want to come back.
