Hotel Josef

clean, smart, modern hotel : well located for city centre. Reception staff , especially Melvie, were excellent: always had a smile and were accommodating

The location was great, located in the old city it was very convenient to get around. The staff was very nice and helpful with every questions we had. I would also like to mention the excellent breakfast

Prague was the last location for our 4 week Europe trip for our honeymoon and we didn't intend to, but we definitely saved the best til last! Everything about this hotel feels extremely premium - from the exterior building to the interior of the lobby/restaurant/cafe/bathroom and all the staff members we interacted with - it all really felt like a luxurious experience. The staff member Martin truly went above and beyond to help make our visit to Prague as good as possible and spent an hour with us to give us local tips. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade and the staff left us a special little gift as well. It is also very convenient to the main areas of Prague and everything is pretty much walking distance (we even walked over to Prague Castle!). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Great staff who responded to any requests. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for walking to places of interest. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
