Location is safe
It is still undergoing construction work, this is the third time I’ve stayed here in the last few months where I get a room that has noise from the water pipe system that wakes me up in the middle of the night. The noise is loud enough and comes and goes on a regular time interval which makes it annoying.
I reported it before my last stay and my plea was ignored. I visit town every month.
Will have to stay elsewhere next time

Un lugar excelente para quedarse en la mejor zona de Veracruz y Boca del Rio, con una vista excelente y una playa tranquila y limpia. Recomendable para visitar en familia. El personal es amable y servicial. Cercano a puntos de interés, restaurantes, plazas, otras playas, etc.

The breakfast was great. Special thanks to mr. Arturo Carkajal who served very well each day at the breakfast hall. There was also a public event at the weekend which started at 07:00 in the morning bith saturdays and sundays with a big loud / noises.
I.need to add the bad internet connection on the top of these remarks. They need to improove alot
The covers of the beds and towels were not clean enough and additionally they were used too long
