It was clean, lively and in a great location

The hotel is very well located but the building and the amenities are a little old. There's plenty of space in the room but not very well used. The gym was really basic and the pool wasn't very attractive.

The sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad

I liked the proximity to the main plaza and boardwalk, sea front. The hotel was very nice and staff friendly and very helpful, I asked them if they could print some papers off for me and they were only happy to do so.

I had booked a king-size room with a balcony and sea views but as I arrived earlier I got offered another room which was a family room. I was happy to check in early but I asked if the other room had sea views and I was told it didn't. If it had of I would have waited...

Just location

it is pointless to have a reservation for a room that they can decide to change subject to availability even if it does not have the right ocean view. Not very helpful staff wanted us to think that it was actually an upgrade’ to get such a room with the wrong number of beds.

everything is old and lack of maintenance, I even found bugs inside the room.

I liked the location of it, I had a really good view of the sea and ships. It was really good, BUT, you have to be in the upper floors because they have a nice terrace.My parents were in below floors and their window didn’t open at all.

The rooms were dated and not as polished as they were shown in pictures. Our bedsheets were dirty and they smell pretty bad. The staff sent someone over but they just change them for a worst ones….

.Asked for wake up calls and didnt receive, asked for coffee in the morning with a pain de chocolate at 640. 7am arrived slab of chocolate cake with a cold coffee..my taxi was for 715... My friend didnt have the coffee that came with the room when they brought it they charged her. I booked on booking.com price came for the 3 rooms, i booked, i confirmed hotel charged me a higher rate of $25.. booking.com stated we would get 25% discount in restaurant excluding breakfast we didn't get discount..i showed and emailed the clause on booking.com they denied it was true. Not sure about the ethics of this hotel. Went across to Hotel Orient across the street i was treated so much better...my recommendation is go to hotel orient. The restaurant staff is lovely.

the hotel is old and not well kept. the rooms were not clean and the bathrooms had a terrible smell. the service was very slow.
