I didn’t like the marketing team pushy, aggressive sales approach to buy vacation packages that is very similar to timeshares. I didn’t like having to sit through my vacation time to discuss their programs in order to get a fair price experience through other excursions and services. I felt as though the next step was a hidden step and everything just felt so dishonest or manipulated. I left me insecure for the next interactions or engagement I was going to have in Cancun. I did not like being led to be hustled or haggled about Discounts and service options for my vacation. We were confused and emotionally upset with having to start our vacation with so much uncomfortable conversations about my personal life and future vacations. I value experience, I value having my personal time, I value my time with my family and overall I value my time. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and positively stimulating. I feel as though I couldn’t enjoy it as we had hoped because the disappointing aggressive distraction on The first and second day from marketing experience. I never wanna go on vacation to be sold something unless I ask or I’m interested in doing so. If I ever come back to Cancun, unfortunately I may need to choose another hotel or just never return at all, and go to another part of the country of Mexico.

We were upgraded to a condo for families and it was the best choice. Loved the access to the beach and facilities. Plenty of privacy and things to do.

Nothing

The pools are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The food is ok. There is nowhere to eat lunch indoors which can be difficult when it is very hot or inclement weather. Beware that you will asked if you want to be a member of their vacation club and there are specific areas just for club members. The AC in your room cannot be adjusted. Every day there are activities in the first pool with very loud music.

The pools are great and the staff friendly. Bed is super comfy.

Giant cockroach in my room! And the walls are paper thin you can hear conversations in the next room very clearly. The buffet options were minimal. There was so much seaweed we couldn’t enjoy the ocean.
