Checking out !! Room wasn't ready upon arrival. But they made sure my check was exactly at 10:00 a.m. I went down stairs to have breakfast, when I went back to the room to grab my belongings. I couldn't get back into my room until someone came upstairs to let me in, which was roughly 15 minutes.
Other then the check process. Everything was fantastic!! Should give the normal check out atleast to 12:00 noon !!!

I got a massage while I was there and it was amazing. I met a friend at the pool during my stay and we both got a massage and Lilliana & Maria were friendly and great at their job. We did the outdoor massages on the beach and it was so relaxing and the massage felt incredible! The actual spa was so nice also - definitely recommend taking advantage of that.
The phones in the room were a little confusing. I also didn’t like the early morning call to see the concierge.

Near to airport and lovely pool and beach.
Beds are comfortable.
Lighting in rooms oddly dark.
Bathrooms slightly rustic but with good shower.
Good breakfast and really friendly staff.
Everything was fine. Bathrooms could do with an update.
Just be warned to pre-arrange taxi Cancun airport. The taxi stand charged about £120 for 20 minute drive!

perfect location on the beach. not too far from the airport so great if you’re only staying for one night. stunning views of the ocean
a courtesy room or somewhere for guests with a late flight isn’t available and is something cheaper and lower stared hotels offer
