From check in to check out this was a top notch hotel. Great staff at the front desk who were very helpful about parking and things to do within walking distance. We stayed here to be closer to Lake Como without staying in the very small villages along the shore line. Easy 20 minute drive north the next morning for our scheduled boat ride around the lake. Great breakfast in the morning with outstanding options and variety.
Not much we didn't like. Very clean, great location. If there were a problem, it would be with the AC during the warm months. That seems to be a consistent issue with every hotel, shop, and restaurant across Italy so not a real problem.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was nice but the coffee machines are useless you get half a cup and it's barely warm, There were two but every day one wasn't working, it's advertised that if you need an iron reception will send one to you, but they don't they have an ironing room with one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel which was frustrating, they should have enough to send up to rooms ,
Apart from that it is a nice
Luke warm coffee, no ironing board and iron in the rooms
