Camere un po’ piccole

Tout était parfait: personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, petit déjeuner varié et délicieux avec des produits de qualité. L’emplacement est tres pratique que ce soit pour profiter de Santa margherita ou Portofino à pied ou aller prendre le train

Best breakfast ever...buffet but not self service, highest quality and presentation! Loved the vintage retro feel of the hotel although the room was a little small and there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Central location to restaurants, public transport and beach. Service was next level!

Rooftop area was fabulous although the pool was very shallow and had to pay for use of sunbeds. Wifi was patchy and particularly slow at night.

Fabulous small hotel with lovely lounge for guests. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely rooftop - with small pool. Staff made great dinner suggestions- and would also make a booking.

The cabanas on the roof top we’re €50. However we could use lounge chairs at no cost.

(+): location is super central in Santa Marghrita Ligure and unbeatable (+): nice shower, albeit a bit small

(-): I was at the reception and another individual came in and negotiated a rate a whole 200EUR below what I was paying for a night (about 600 EUR) for a double room (which was extremely expensive to start with, but granted this was peak season in July). When I left I asked the receptionist how that came about and she told me "well - we are a boutique, and you're probably overpaying". I understand how much I was paying and given my desire to visit the region, the feeling of being ripped off is just never great. Don't stay there unless you have to - for 600EUR you can really stay at some top notch places - this is simply a small room with no views and doesn't come with nearly any amenities - they don't even have a shower room if you want to stay a bit extra after checking out

Everyone was very nice. There are lovely details everywhere Good Drinks at the bar

No towels at the pool I would have preferred to pick breakfast on my own. Being accompanied all the time gives a feeling of being „under control“

it really does feel like a home when your there. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The pool area is really nice. the breakfast was great and lunch/drinks were also excellent. hotel is very conveniently placed, 10 min walk to station and 15 minutes by bus/taxi to Portofino
