This was my third stay at Ramada Istanbul City Center within just two months, and honestly, every time I stay here, I’m even happier than the time before! Ramada is not just a stay — it’s a whole experience. From the amazing service and welcoming atmosphere to the overall quality and attention to detail, everything makes you feel genuinely taken care of. My stay was below expectations. The room was quite narrow and uncomfortable, with poor AC and ventilation. I also experienced mosquito bites during the stay, and the shower gel was not refilled properly. The hospitality at the lobby could be improved, as we did not feel properly welcomed or treated with the expected courtesy. The taxi arranged by the hotel was also disappointing. The driver charged us excessively, including two-way toll charges, and the experience ended with an argument. Due to an emergency, I checked out one day earlier. I am not sure about the refund eligibility, but I hope the management can review this matter fairly. Overall, I request the hotel to improve room comfort, housekeeping, pest control, staff hospitality, and the taxi arrangement process.
