I like the location as we usually book here as it is close to a concert place.
The room was clean, we had everything we need, and I would like to mention the receptionist guy who welcomed us. He was very kind and helpful, gave good ideas where to go to eat, what to check, and we had some words about Polish/Hungarian friendship too :)
This was the first time we requested breakfast and I must tell, it was high level, we really liked it.
There is no need to think, where to go when we visit Krakow. We come here.

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The food was plentiful and of high quality. It is located a bit away from the city center, but taking a taxi to most places isn't very expensive. The spa is very small and overcrowded, so it’s not worth choosing this hotel solely for the spa. Overall, it is a high-quality hotel, and I would certainly visit again.

I like the special rooms like the Dragon room , it was full of dragons and my daughter loves it
and it is so safety hotel
The staf is tooooooooo rude and they even dont watch to you when you talking
