You have to understand that the place is in Venice. A sinking island. The floor of the department (and all of the floors of the city) has been raised to avoid the water, so the ceiling is getting closer to your head and the windows looks pretty low if you want to look through them. That's Venice. The main advantaje here is the location: You are sleeping in 'downtown' Venice. A few blocks (and bridges) from main street and a few blocks from great places to have dinner..
The host that received us was nice and helpful.
... nothing in particular. We were on vacation, and we are easy going. There were nothing to complain about.

Good location, 10 min walk from city centre but lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants beside the apartment . Also well equipped kitchen and TV with Netflix etc
Beware of the stairs, small wooden stairs to get to bedrooms on the second floor and bathroom is on the ground floor.

Beds are very hard to/ not comfortable and shower didn’t drain.

The toilet had a continuous smell of sewage coming from outside/ inside which was very uncomfortable.
