Location, Location, Location.
Comfortable Bed, large room.
For the size and price of a room, seems odd that there isn't a coffee maker or at least a kettle. Also why no drinks/snacks fridge. A fridge with a couple of bottles of water is provided. Also again for the price, surely Breakfast should be included.

Cleaning staff and overall hygiene was top
It was overpriced for what you get in return. €1800 for 5 nights. It didn't feel like an equal trade. Okay, maybe because it was high season, but rooms, sanitary, breakfast was just not 4 star quality.

Large bathroom, clean room. The location is well placed for port and train station as well as other things. Wifi seemed to work okay.
The staff did not state wifi code on check in, so had to go back down to reception. I asked for the time of breakfast and got a nonsense answer that made no sense. Was not allowed to eat in the restaurant. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. The long pillow on the bed, was impractical. Lighting in the room didn't seem to make sense by the switches.
