+ La habitación es muy bonita y acogedora :) La cama es grande y comodísima!!
+ Muy buena atención antes, durante y después de la estancia, tanto por Álvaro como por Mery, que nos dió indicaciones y recomendaciones nada más llegar sobre lo que ver y dónde comer en Santander.
+ Muy buena ubicación, calle peatonal del centro de Santander. A pesar de ser céntrico, es una habitación muy silenciosa.
+ Baño muy cómodo
+ Todo muy limpio y ordenado

Mooi, zeer propere kamer met airconditioning op een goede locatie om alles te voet te bezoeken. Vlakbij restaurants, barretjes, bezienswaardigheden.

The room had everything we expected and more. Everything was really clean and the beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom was very big and clean too. The staff was really nice and kind. We only stayed one night, but our stay was very pleasant.
The only thing we didn't like was the view from our window. We could only see the courtyard between buildings, which was dark and wet. It's something we didn't care too much because we were only staying for one night. But as far as I know, they have more rooms with really good views of the street.

I arrived very late at night around 23:30,I contacted them in advance that I will reach very late and they said we will wait for you.
And ot was the case very welcoming from the lady and she took all the time to explain to me every single detail.
The room was very comfortable and everything is self service you feel like you are home.

The host was really kind, managed to explain all with the help of a translator app. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit hot (super good weather). The hotel is a good 20 min walk from the center of Santander. A good value!
Spent a few min to find it. The room was overlooking the square with few restos open till late

The host was wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. She was attentive and made such an effort to communicate in English, given my lack of Spanish.

Very central, close to all amenities and an underground car park. Room was spacious, modern and well maintained. Staff was extremely welcoming.
Not that I didn’t like it but there isn’t much to the property other than 5 rooms all facing a central hallway. Don’t expect the normal amenities of a hotel. But just for sleeping in a central location it does the job perfectly well.

there’s surrogat coffee (dolce gusto?)- would be great to have real good coffee
