Location on edge of old town was excellent - easy access to restaurants, bars etc but not noisy. Walking distance to all the sights, including the Guggenheim. Room decent size & well equipped for accommodation of this type, very clean, great bathroom. Staff very helpful, particularly the young lady on Reception when we arrived who gave us information about the city.

Staff very pleasant helpful and obliging as we wanted to swap one of our nights and they facilitated this at no extra cost

Location is perfect. Hotel staff were excellent and helpful. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again.
The property is an old building with creaky floors so there’s a bit of noise transfer from people walking about.
6 / 10Nella media·set 2026
The room was comfortable enough if a little tired, in need of an upgrade for the amount charged; adequate breakfast but some more hot options for vegetarians would have been nice, but a nice section overall with good coffee.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room

"Tutto gradevole, dalla camera al personale.
Possibilità, dopo il check-out, di lasciare i bagagli in hotel fino al tardo pomeriggio.
Consigliatissimo!"
