The best deal. Perfectly located, parking at the hotel itself (costs 21 €), clean, quiet, good service, coffee machin in the room.

View from our 5th floor room was wonderful as it faced the plaza and the church. NH hotels tend to be a little sterile and lacking in personality, but the staff here was helpful and friendly.

Stayed in Zaragoza for work. The location is very central (with a tram stop just outside) and very close to the Plaza del Pilar; the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the room was spacious with all necessary amenities, and the view from the room was out of this world (sunrise and sunset over the river). Breakfast was also abundant and tasty. They even went out of their way to provide me with a jug of almond milk in the mini bar. Would love to stay there again soon.

Everthing was ok. Welcoming staff. They safely stored our bicycles in the office. Breakfast was perfect

Reception staff were terrible, worst I have experienced. if you asked a question it was as though it was a major inconvenience to the to bother with a customer. They would certainly make it clear as well.

great location and great bedroom views , very smart , very clean , very comfortable. tram stop outside . nothing not to like.

Smart decor

Horrible underground car parking. Very limited dinner menu in restaurant. Window curtains did not give good black-out.

Location.

Small room size and fixed room temperature at a minimum of 20c were not what I expected. Had to sleep with window open for some air, leading to noise from street waking me on numerous occasions.
