The location is conveniently connected by bus and tram, and all the essentials you might need are within a 2-minute walk to a nearby mall.

The location was great: 20 minutes' walk from the city centre, 5 minutes by the very regular tram service.
The reception staff were helpful and friendly; the room was clean and comfortable.
Our room overlooked the busy street, so we had to keep the window shut at night to keep the noise out.
Apart from the lovely fresh fruit and yoghurt, the breakfast wasn't great: we weren't keen on the coffee, freshly-squeezed orange juice would have been welcome and 10 euros was a high price if all you wanted was a continental breakfast.

The bed, the bathroom size, so comfortable.

Location and clean rooms.
No iron, no complementary water, noisy air conditioning during sleep, no breakfast included even though the price payed was extremely high for a 3 star hotel.
