Our fifth visit, spent two weeks at the resort, amazing location and beauty facilities, immaculate grounds, lovely pools

Service has deteriorated significantly over the years. Staff are impolite, wait times overt, any request is met with a no’, restaurant service is atrocious particularly at breakfast and dinner, asked if I could use a meeting room for an hour and told ‘not possible’, went for a dinner and got told all restaurants are booked out by external guests, at breakfast served water directly from the tap to save having to give out a bottle, they diluted the peach juice with water so that one bottle could be spread to two glasses. Many other examples of lack of responsiveness, lack of care and overall apathy by staff. Not sure what has happened since last time we were here but it’s not good. For over €1000 a night the service they provide is not worth a tenth of that.
