The service from all members of staff was exceptional.

Nothing

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, nice breakfast.

No complaints.

The location is good. Uber to old city attractions about 15 euro, on average. Very professional staff, clean. Some ideas for improvement: instruct newcomers on use of the elevator; unconventional by most North American standards), provide at least ONE English language tv channel (there was not one English channel; strange, as room instructions were in English), colder mini bar, refresh water daily w more than one night stay. Also please consider air conditioning availability in colder months. Global warming brings very warm days in February and no A/C was available. So room very hot. Opened the window, but loud party noises lasted til the early morning.
