Location was great, close to very nice restaurants, cathedral bars etc.

friendly helpful staff, great views from the rooftop, room quite clean except for the ants that appeared after a couple days. great location, very short walking distance from the main attraction, loved this so much

there was no hot water in the shower. we talked to the receptionist, she called the maintenance guy for us. then we were told there was hot water in all the other rooms, and we could send a video of our water issue via whatsapp (what are the utility services supposed to do with a video of us turning the shower on and off?). we showered with cold water OK, after all, we only stayed for 2 nights, but for a longer stay this would be an issue. the facilities do not make too much sense, there's a table with a coffee machine and no outlet next to it (we put the machine on the floor next to the bed). the shower just goes all over the bathroom floor because there's no cabin. finally, small black ants appeared in our room after some time. not a big nuisance for us but consider this before booking a ground floor room
