The location is perfect. We got in an extra day early and our hotel did not have our selected accommodations. This was across it and part of the hotel brand. The lobby staff was very friendly especially Sara. Beautiful lobby area.
The breakfast buffet was a great value at 12 Euros (be sure to book at check in otherwise it's 15 Euros each. Everything was fresh with a great selection. Staff was very welcoming.
The room served its purpose for our one night stay. It was clean.
Very small room and bathroom especially the shower. Elevator was spotty and slow. Thank goodness for the stairs.

Jose at the front desk was wonderful, and Jessica and her team took pride in preparing breakfast for guests and it showed. Jessica was pleasant, attentive and very friendly. Her and her team were wonderful. Place can be challenging to find, also if night staff can ensure that water pitcher is full, so guests don’t have to wait for half an hour to 40 minutes for water. Having lemon water is a great idea and a treat in hot water.
