Il servizio, ben poco reattivo ai problemi che si sono presentati

La terraza tiene mucho encanto, también tienen cocina completa por si quieres comer, desayunar o cenar dentro, se agradece mucho, y todo muy cómodo.

La ubicación es una maravilla al lado de la Catedral para poder moverte a cualquier punto de la ciudad. La cama era cómoda,limpia y con todo lo necesario.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, όμορφη αισθητική και δωμάτιο με καλο μέγεθος. Ελπίζω η συμπαθητική κοπέλα στην υποδοχή και οι υπόλοιποι υπεύθυνοι του ξενοδοχείου να λάβουν υπ'όψιν τις παρακάτω παρατηρήσεις, γιατί το κατάλυμα έχει δυνατότητες για περισσότερα.

Δυστυχώς στην πρώτη μας ημέρα συναντήσαμε μεγάλα προβλήματα καθαριότητας. Το σεντόνι του κρεβατιού είχε λεκέδες, μέσα στην μια μαξιλαροθηκη βρήκαμε αρκετές τρίχες και το χειρότερο, πάνω στο ένα μαξιλάρι υπήρχε αίμα. Ενημερώσαμε το κατάλυμα και την επόμενη μέρα διόρθωσαν το πρόβλημα. Άνθρωποι είμαστε και λάθη κάνουμε, όμως στην περίπτωσή μας έγιναν 3 μαζεμένα λάθη. Κάτι που κλονησε φυσικά την εμπιστοσύνη μας. Επίσης, θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει καλύτερη ηχομόνωση ως προς τους εξωτερικούς ήχους, κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσαμε κατά τις 7 που ξεκινούσε η κυκλοφορία στο στενο που βρισκόταν το διαμέρισμα. Τέλος, υπάρχει επιβάρυνση 25€ αν θες να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο σου, κάτι που θα ήταν καλύτερο να αναφέρεται πιο ξεκάθαρα στο site (ίσως να μην το προσεξαμε, βέβαια).

posizione perfetta, abbiamo raggiunto tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi. vicinanza di negozi, locali e supermercati, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, disponibilità di cucina comune e capsule per caffè gentilmente offerte. inoltre la ragazza alla reception molto disponibile

la nostra era una stanza abbastanza piccolina, magari qualche appoggio in più o una disposizione diversa delle cose avrebbe aiutato a non tenere le valigie a terra. noi siamo stati tre notti, qualche notte in più forse saremmo stati un po' stretti...

La ubicación es excelente! La decoración del lugar muy original y bonita! Súper limpio! Las áreas comunes muy útiles.

I particularly liked that A/C in room could be regulated by occupant and that you could adjust as required- clear instructions were provided. From eco perspective I liked that you could turn it off when not in room and also use time.

The place is nice and new, the location is great just few steps from the cathedral of Sevilla. There is also a small pool and a terrace to escape the hot weather of Sevilla.

The room soundproofing can be improved, we heard the other guests doors opening and slapping during the night.

Great value for money in an excellent location. Common area was very clean and nice to cook and eat a meal in. Pool was a nice little touch too. Place has everything you need

Best location, just beside the cathedral, near almost all attractions and commercial areas, many choices for restaurants and bars, cleanliness is overall good, cannot be more worthy with such a low price

It was very clean, practical, modern. Had a really good communal kitchen and dinning. location also good as central to everything.

location was on a main road, so although great being near everything, our room at the front had a lot of noise from the street.

The room was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was air conditioning. The TV had Netflix. However, the best thing is the location. It can not get anymore central than that. Restaurants and bars are close by. Our room was on the third floor but there were no elevators in the building we were staying in, so it might not be suitable for old people.
