Staff, location and rooms
No coffee making facilities in the room. No coffee making facilities in the hotel after breakfast hours. Poor park parking systems that do not allow you to book a reserved space.

The location and the hotel was very very quiet!
There was nothing that stands out!

The hotel was very well located in central Granada. Our room was huge and well equipped. The breakfast was a large selection and a bargain if booked in advance. What made the hotel a cut above the usual was the helpfulness of the staff on Reception. There was a male receptionist whose name I didn’t get who was very helpful on a number of occasions.

Location
We had a room which was above the restaurant and it was incredibly noisy even though we had the windows closed.
In general, the staff was very friendly and helpful but when we just wanted them to quickly call a taxi for us the receptionist insisted on first checking in a whole bus group. Even one of these guests came over to me to apologize as she felt sorry for me not being attended to for so long!
