BiBo Suites Plaza Nueva

+Location - super central and easy access to everywhere +Friendly staff (Christian) - very attentive and helpful +Digital Access - I am happy that we didn’t have to carry keys with us all the time +Wash machine and clothes drying rack - it’s great to be able to do some laundries during the trip

· The hotel has a veneer of sophistication, but the execution is lacking. · The digital key pad is like a door knob and installed too close to the door frame and both of us pinched our fingers while closing the door. · The glass coffee table, ceramic decorations, and curtains are more flashy than functional; they might look elegant in a larger space, but here they only make the room feel cramped. · The bed sheets were thin and worn, and the duvet insert looked dirty. · The bath towels were rough and stiff, carelessly stacked on a dirty luggage rack. · The central air conditioning blew directly on me and gave me a headache. · The front desk/lobby area smelled like a sewer/drain.

fantastic location, really comfortable and clean. it’s great for sightseeing and it feels local and safe.
