The staff were super nice & helpful! The room was nicely decorated in an antique style with good amenities, and the property was in an authentic style with the rooms surrounding an atrium (felt kind of like a Moroccan riad). The location was great, between the Alhambra, the old town & neighborhoods, and the modern downtown, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
The only thing that was a very slight annoyance was there was no coffee/tea in the room, and the coffee station in the lobby opened a bit late some days of the week. (This was particularly important during our visit because the extreme heat necessitated getting an early start to sightseeing.) We did find a great coffee shop/cafe just a few doors down (in the Shine Hotel) that opened early so that resolved the issue.

Loved the room with balcony view of the Alhambra. Centrally located with breakfast, bar & tapas close by. Special shout out to Bernard who was super friendly & gave great local tips for where to eat and drink.

The location was perfect for seeing Alhambra, walking through the old town and exploring Albaicin.
The room and bathroom were incredibly small. It did have a view of Alhambra, but we had to keep the shades closed because other buildings across the way could see in. There was no breakfast. I wanted a coke in the morning, but they only had Coke Zero available in the lobby. The walls between rooms were super thin, and we could hear everything from the room next door. Also, we had to walk a little ways to get a taxi when we left.
