The location was excellent, the view from the terrace was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how warmly they treated every guest, making everyone feel like part of the family.
The room design & furniture need some updating, same for the toilet.

The host, Alejandro is excellent and was very happy to take the time to give good advice about how to get around and what to see. His father converted the property to a small hotel with real care and it has a well stocked library. Our room was superb with an amazing view of the city and the mountains. It is a short walk to the Alhambra. The breakfast is simple and healthy and can be taken on the terrace with the wonderful view. There is a well stocked honesty bar and fridge.
If you have mobility issues it is a bit of a walk back up from the centre of town. If you want all the trappings of a large hotel this is not for you. We absolutely loved it because it was so personal and kind and a bit different.
