A localização e estrutura geral do hotel são boas. Os aspectos naturais e as piscinas são excelentes.

Para o preço dos quartos e para as estrelas que expõe, não apresenta um serviço condizente. Para um hotel com tamanha extensão territorial, espera-se uma grande atenção ao deslocamento dos hóspedes. A indisponibilidade dos carrinhos de transporte são um problema. muitas vezes reflexo de um understaff para opera-los. Para hospedes idosos ou PCD isso é um problema significativo. Para nós, foi apenas uma frustração. Do ponto de vista de assistência ao hóspede, tivemos uma experiência muito negativa. Ficamos em um quarto distante da recepção e perto de um condomínio (também do Tivoli). Diariamente haviam festas nesse condomínio, com música excessivamente alta até 3h - 4h da manhã, impedindo o descanso. Em algumas situações, nem conseguimos escutar a televisão do próprio quarto devido ao barulho. Ao contatar a recepção, fomos tratados com superficialidade e um leve descaso, visto que absolutamente nada foi feito, e fomos deixados a mercê de péssimas noites. Sugeri uma mudança de quarto, liguei inúmeras vezes para recepção e a resposta era a mesma: "não podemos fazer nada". O sentimento de descaso ao hospede é completamente incompatível com ao que se propõe um hotel e, para nós, é o motivo de não retorno.

there were a couple of cats walking around, we didn’t like it specially because the hotel says they are not pet friendly

excellent customer service. great location on the beach and a short walk into the village where there are lots of shops and restaurants. lovely grounds with wildlife and flowers. Comfortable room with lovely view of the sea. Buffet food with half board was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

cocktails in the Lounge bar could have been better. it would be nice if you could hire bikes from the hotel

The breakfast and dinner food was great. There was plenty of choice and the food and service quality were really good. The staff is super friendly as well.

food (hit and miss, no decent vegan options at breakfast and dinner or snack bars), non vegan also not very good, very overpriced for what it delivers. hotel is dated, the rooms feel old and worn out; gym has an amazing feel as it is open air but again equipment is dated and old; bottom line is the hotel is overpriced for what it is, which is a shame as the location is truly beautiful. I wouldn’t come back.
