Cliff Side Suites

The view is breathtaking. Everything was nice and clean, not just the room but the other public places as well. Breakfast is ok, nothing extra in terms of food, but it also has an amazing view. They offer many public places for the guests which provide nice place to unwind and relax. Airport transfer was smooth and on time, exceptional organization. There was always a member of staff guiding us to/from the taxi. I highly recommend to use this as otherwise the place is hard to find. All the staff, including the ladies at the breakfast and people at the reception were super nice and very helpful, even if we arrived at late.

Bed was too soft for us, and also the fridge was too loud, so we had to turn that off for the night. There was also sometimes noise from the chimney close to our room which was disturbing at night. Breakfast could have been better with more options. And lots of stairs - it was fine for us but could be difficult to people who have issues with stairs (welp, Santorini itself is full of stairs anways).

Spacious accommodation with a very comfortable bed, tv, small kitchenette, lovely private patio area and incredible views of the caldera. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The breakfast staff worked really hard ensuring all dishes were replenished and the eggs were always cooked to order, so always arrived hot. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. We had booked a group tour and weren't picked up at the given time, but the reception team came to our rescue and arranged another tour for us within the hour - great service. The cleaning staff were brilliant - the room was spotless every day and always smelt so fresh and clean. We had a fabulous stay at Cliff Side Suites. The location was great as Firostefani was fairly quiet, great choice of restaurants and a 10-15 min walk to Fira and the bus station.

The steps were difficult on day one, but became easier as the week went by.

As this hotel is located on the cliffs, be prepared to climb lots of stairs. Note it is located next to Mylos restaurant in the small alley way.

The location is excellent right in Fira, just 5-8minute walk from the main shopping but still had some excellent restaurants and shops right at the hotel, so best of both.

The rooms wernt serviced each day, no fresh tea or bedsheets. The breakfast is fine but very basic and it’s all at the very small pool bar. The rooms were small, but the outside area and views were spacious with great views.
