Ira Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The room was beautiful and spacious. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. Sunset views are exceptional.

I did think they could do a bit more with the communal area to make the sunset experience better by adding a bar or drinks area. We bought our own drinks and snacks for sunset which was still a great experience.

The view from the patio in front of our room was simply spectacular The whole arc of the eastern side of the caldera was laid out in front of us, from the southern tip of Thera all the way up to Oina. Watching the sunset from there was magical Also Costas, a superintendent was very generous with his time. He sat with us and gave us many useful tips about seeing the island. He introduced us to a local gentleman who was able to drive us around and show us how residents of the island actually live and was able to take us to visit something I’ve always wanted to see, which is the archaeological dig at Akrotiri. That site and the museum of Minoan culture in Fira were to me the most interesting things I saw in my entire visit to Greece

The breakfast was only fair The bathroom was somewhat old and dank but was clean and functional. The amazing view more than made up for these minor issues

La posizione è bellissima e fuori dal caos e anche gli spazi ampi comuni.

La nostra camera piccola e trascurata e con bagno senza divisione da camera e senza porta doccia. Pulizia piscina. Salviette piscina vecchie e sgualcite. Assenza ombrelloni. Assenza personale piscina. Mancanza servizio bar. Nessun aiuto nel trasporto valigie. Locale colazione al chiuso, pur avendo possibilità di servirlo nella sala con vista.
