Every thing was clean. The breakfast was awesome. Only thing is I felt that the welcome part didn’t happen for me. Wonder why?
No lift by by the lobby or corridor to go to your rooms

How welcoming and comforting all the staff were,
Nothing at all

Breakfast was ok but expensive.
First night we were told therei was a sofa bed in the room but there was not so both had to sleep in the same bed. You should make sure that the packages offered by third party retailers, booking.com reflect what you mean.
