Tres mediocre

Établissement tres sale. Pas de lit bebe. Ascenseur panne. Rapport de la qualités n a rien avoir avec le prix. Prix des hotel 4* et la qualité des motel sales. Mauvaise expérience

Vite fait ! Passable

Vue sur la piscine et proximité de la ville

La douche est pas top. Marbre cassé Douche qui coule Le petit dej. Une blague t’es pauvre en terme de variété. Tout le comptoir était vide !!! très froid très dommage !

L emplacement. Médina à pied

Pas de bar ouvert. Petit déjeuné très très médiocre. On aurait du nous prévenir que c était le ramadan

Such a wonderful treat to stay here. This place was fantastic.

This is a beautiful hotel. It’s right next to the train center. The staff was so lovely and so helpful. The room was stunning. I ordered room service and it was top notch. My check out was at noon but my train didn’t depart until 9pm. The staff took care of my bags, graciously let me hang out and read in the lobby. I was offered and served tea multiple times. The doorman was attentive and helpful. The server that bright my food to the room was so kind. It was a wonderful experience. The next time I’m in Morocco I will honestly make a point to visit Oudja to stay here.

Ogród i basen.

Irytujące drobne rzeczy. Okno, które miało być dźwiękoszczelne było niedokręcone i przepuszczało dźwięki ruchliwej ulicy. Oberwane biurko, oberwany wieszak na papier toaletowy. Niedokładnie posprzątane. Mógłby to być bardzo fajny pokój, bo łóżko było bardzo wygodne i pościel czysta, ale ogólnie słabo. Po prostu zaniedbany. I jeszcze śniadanie. Jak na warunki marokańskie bardzo drogie. Brakowało wszystkiego począwszy od filiżanek i serwetek, a skończywszy na i tak słabym wyborze potraw.

A fuss free lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis, they have a nice large pool to enjoy some swimming after a long day of walking around Fes. The room was clean, bright and just what we needed. Reception staff were friendly and nice. Ibis is situated right near the train station which is convenient if you are travelling further by train, there also is a taxi stand right outside the hotel and also free parking if you were to rent a car. It was all so convenient for us!

It was our first time to Morocco, The continental spread for breakfast was good, but all carbs, and only boiled eggs, we were not told that we could request to get fried/scrambed eggs or omlette for breakfast, until our last breakfast where we saw another table who had fried eggs. Really annoyed we werent informed we could request this.

The ONLY good thing about it is its location.

I had an unpleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL FES. It becomes full of drug addicts whose noise is very disturbing! Let's not talk about the hotel's lack of cleanliness and hygiene!!! I absolutely don't recommend it. Nothing seems up to code for 700 Dhs/night

Good attention from the staff. The pool and gardens appeared to be in good condition.

Not at all what we expected. Facilities in other countries are much better than this one. The room was small, beds linens were very wrinkled, bathroom tiles were stained and it made it looked dirty, breakfast bufe was really poor, and most of the dishes were cracked.

Very well located close to the train station. Rooms cleanness was on a high level. Alltough the location was central it was really silent. Nice outdoor area including pool.

A little to tiny rooms but sufficient. Breakfast could have had more to choose from (maybe due to my stay during Ramadan).

Not the right hotel for me

The location

However, the hotel is so old there wasn’t enough power socket also the room wasn’t that clean and the breakfast is not delicious. Towels are old Hairdryer in the bathroom is so wick

Exceptional

Thank you, Ibis was our great refuge after our horrible experience in medina, we were robbed by Riad Fes-they are organized criminals. Everything in Ibis was great, breakfast absolutely exceptional. Thank you so much again

Regarding our experience with Safari Fes, customer service of booking.com is not very cooperative so far, we expect them to solve it, this is a threat to booking.com reputation

Quiet basic room. Adequate breakfast. Excellent location for train station. Easy check in and out.

Broken shower door, no kettle in the room. Very basic toiletries.
