Location convenient to sites of interests, room met our needs for the one night, breakfast was okay but not as good as the Firads we stayed in

space in room was a little tight, no drinking glasses in room

The location is very good. It is about 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 15 minutes drive to the old city. The room is quite good, but I had some noise from outside the hotel till 10 PM on the first day only. The staff, Othman and Monia, were very helpful and nice all the time.

I am writing to formally address an unsatisfactory experience with a receptionist, Mr. Monier, during checkout. Despite my reservation confirmation clearly stating that I had prepaid through Booking.com, including all taxes, he insisted that I pay the city tax again-an additional €6 (charged as 80 dirhams). As I was in a hurry to catch my train, I reluctantly paid the amount to avoid further delay or dispute. I find this practice misleading and concerning, as it reflects poorly on both the hotel and Booking.com. I kindly ask Booking.com to investigate this overcharge with the hotel management and take appropriate action to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same inconvenience.
