Everything! From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The friendly and professional welcome at reception and being extra spoilt as it was a birthday visit and being shown to the Howard Carter suite was very special. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere, lots of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Nothing!

It was the perfect spot for my visit to the Royal Albert Hall. My first impression was clean, welcoming and professional. This was carried throughout my one-night stay. I didn’t need a hot breakfast, but expect it was to the same standard as the choice of cold food, yoghurt, granola, etc. The room was small, but I didn’t need space, just that lovely bed to dive into after my nightcap in the bar. Where to stop? I don’t usually review a one-night stay, but everything was spot-on. The clean bathroom with lovely shower and massive bathsheet. The touchcard to get me into the front door and my bedroom door worked great.

Excellent location for sightseeing and visiting museums. New stations and so many excellent restaurants nearby.

The elevator is out of order, not convenient for living on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The rooms write very small and in the basement, it felt damp and small, not like the pictures at all
