Excellent hotel, well located, nice and helpful staff. The bed was very confortable and the room was very spacious. I asked for some food from the restaurant, is was quite late but they still serving me in my room. Thank you for all the attention I received!!
At breakfast, it could be nice to see more variety of food, for example; different types of bread and fruits.

Room was clean but dated
Location was great for the city but area very unsafe wouldn't walk alone at night....bathrooms need modernization i.e door wont shut cracked tiles dated decor shower poor. Had to complain about a banging roof all night but they seemed to fix it for the 2nd night but think they were previously aware of it.

Good value compared to all the hotels in Nottingham that weekend which were at least twice the price for the Saturday night booked
Shower was difficult to operate
Free breakfast was only a poor continental breakfast
