The staff were lovely, tried very hard to please; the room was fine, nothing special but perfectly serviceable.

Beautiful and clean very organised and the bedroom was really nice with comfortable bed.

It's a lovely property. I liked that we had a separate living area and the size of the bedroom was nice and big. The location is lovely. They supplied drinking chocolate and herbal teas instead of just tea and coffee and we had some lovely biscuits, on both our nights stay, supplied.
The mattress was slightly uncomfortable, so I used a spare duvet and put it under the sheets.

Lovely history, lovely rooms and staff. It’s a stones throw from my elderly mum so perfect for me.

Large room with balcony, 4 poster bed and large whirlpool bath.
Shower was very small, mattress was rock hard, toiletries were not replaced, nor were the tea bags. There were lots of hairs on the velvet chairs and the room was rather dusty. Breakfast was awful! Sausages were raw and black pudding soooo overcooked, eggs were runny despite asking well cooked.

Lovely breakfast available in the duster hotel just across the road again with the most friendly staff.

Good location and interesting history.
Customer service lacking, felt as though we were imposing by arriving an hour early and questioned about the lack of iron and ironing board, oddly.

The jacuzzi bath was broken and did not work. The owners attitude when i reported this in the morning can only be described as appalling.

Excellent location, short walk to the beach, on site parking.
Had to walk to sister hotel for breakfast, however the breakfast was excellent.

Great location and the hotel itself is quite cute.
the staff was extremely helpful and nice.
it’s VERY noisy!
You can hear people talking in the other rooms, or when anyone is walking in the rooms or corridors.
Also, our toilet did not have a heater, so it was extremely cold.
Breakfast is served in the hotel across the road, and with time slots booked which is a bit of an inconvenience.
Finally, the bed is extremely small. My partner and I were “rolling” on top of each other during the night.

The breakfast was outstanding with many options to choose from!
I couldn’t work the hotel windows (I’m not sure it was possible to) but they did supply an air conditioning fan unit which more than made up for that!

I loved the spa bath, it is such a romantic hotel! Perfect for a couple get away - I highly recommend the Junior Suites! I am no doubt going back for another visit. Its also so close to Bournemouth town where there is lots of things to do and nice places to eat.
Nothing, it was perfect. I couldnt fault anything, the staff were lovely, the bar is so cute and the hotel itself is full of history and beauty.

Lovely hotel, quirky full of character so need to be mindful it has stairs, twists and turns.
Very pleasant ambiance and the extra rooms and complimentary items a nice touch.
Staff were lovely.
The kettle was dusty which was not great and toothpaste and toothbrush left in ensuite which makes you worry about cleanliness.
However everything else was clean.
Watch out for the vege sausage in the full English too.

Windows very wet with condensation took awhile for room to get warm

The location is excellent for both Boscombe and Bournemouth. The rooms are lovely, the staff are excellent and breakfast (albeit next door) is wonderful.
